A while ago, ABB asked us to help them understand how end users with no background in programming would respond to the latest generation of their YuMi robot. We responded and came up with a plan based on our having a physical robot and conducting focus groups to fit into a sprint from the client. However this was all thwarted by the pandemic. Undeterred, we adapted our approach and did video interviews in the first weeks of the first lockdown in the UK.
