At Innovia, people matter. Our talented and dedicated teams have completed over 500 projects since Innovia began in 1999.
Diversity is a key strength of ours, particularly in terms of our cultural, educational and professional backgrounds. Typical projects bring together scientists, social anthropologists, designers and linguists. Projects often involve a tightly-knit group of R&D professionals, manufacturing specialists, business developers and marketing experts.
We pride ourselves on incisive thinking, excellent communication and our ability to apply the knowledge gained in one specialism to the challenges faced by another. Our employees do not fit traditional stereotypes; their interests and skills stretch far beyond their disciplines.
Over 70% of Innovia’s consultants graduated from one of the top universities in the world. We have alumni from universities like Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial and University of California, Berkeley, and nurture these connections carefully. Our academic rigour is complemented by strong practical, people, and commercial skills. Before joining Innovia, many of us worked in different commercial roles across the globe, including in China, Germany and the USA.
