Developing Feel'n Learn pants
Procter & Gamble pioneered Pampers Feel'n Learn, a training pant that helps the child learn by providing sensory feedback. Given a quick competitor response, P&G set an ambitious innovation programme to maintain its leadership position.
P&G asked Innovia to design and run a two-day workshop for key internal stakeholders to help develop additional plans for Feel'n Learn. At the workshop, we reviewed the IP landscape, the consumer's experience, the science of sensing (including psychology and physiology) and competitor activities. Together, we identified additional learning opportunities and brainstormed new ideas.
At the end of the workshop, we prioritised ideas and helped P&G develop robust short- and long-term innovation plans.
