Our client is a leading support services group focused on providing customers with integrated solutions for all their built environment needs. The delivery of varied services to diverse customers is co-ordinated by Front Office teams which also identify possible leads for business expansion.
Innovia helped the Strategic Development Group to identify and assess growth opportunities and to place them in the context of plans for expanding front office capability. In particular, we showed how the company might respond to disruptive forces, such as supply chain consolidation, sustainability or smart technologies. We also facilitated a series of discussions with non-competing companies and organisations to share learning on different approaches to empowering front office teams.
As a result of this programme, our client gained a fresh perspective on its future business plan and the front office capabilities needed to deliver it.
