Bayer Consumer Healthcare often successfully innovates by scouting for technologies to meet clearly defined market and consumer needs. Bayer asked Innovia to complement its innovation approach with a broader overview of the area to identify disruptive ideas in gastrointestinal health.
We used our cross-industry experience to identify transferable cutting-edge technologies and find trends to support changes to Bayer’s current brands. We drew together multiple technologies and consumer needs, forming a range of concepts that pushed the boundaries of current practices.
Innovia designed and facilitated a creative workshop, presenting technologies and concepts with clear next steps and internal champions. This allowed Bayer to populate its innovation pipeline with feasible and actionable opportunities to develop new platforms for gastrointestinal health.
