Nokia is continually seeking new opportunities to deliver mobile communication and an online lifestyle. Quality of life - enhancing the health, wellbeing and fulfilment of consumers - was intuitively a major opportunity area. Innovia worked with Nokia Mobile Phones as part of a task-force focused on consumer insight and future vision.
We helped to screen the whole quality of life spectrum in a holistic way by exploring relevant social, market and technological trends. We then created a range of concepts for potential future products, making concepts real through prototype models and appropriate images to describe occasion and mood.
The results showed the approximate timeframe for commercialising these opportunities and identified critical enabling technologies.
