Avery Dennison, an industry leader in home and office organisation products, enlisted Innovia’s services to deliver a set of strategic product platform opportunities for its new generation of organisation products. Avery was co-ordinating launch with prestigious partner brands.
Our team took a consumer-driven perspective, incorporating a variety of insights, e.g. from psychology, the competitive landscape, and technology trends. We further considered fit to the brands of multiple stakeholders, to systematically generate and deliver a portfolio of diverse platforms. These were brought to life with a rich set of sub-platforms and concepts, some supported by early-stage models and demonstrating short-term feasibility.
Seven platforms with significant potential emerged from our final joint assessment. These are now being integrated and developed as part of the client’s third-generation product pipeline.
