Thinking of joining Innovia? You're in good company! We've had many people join the team recently, and we'd like to focus our time on training and integrating them. So, please don't send us that CV just yet, as we won't be looking again until about late Spring 2012.
Applicants for Summer Internships should apply from March 2012.
There is no template for Innovia employees, as we encourage diversity, but here are some of the basic attributes we usually look for:
- bringing something unique and relevant to our work, most likely through specific expertise in technology, design, business or consumer thinking
- this will probably mean a top-notch degree, perhaps with a PhD
- the ability to express yourself clearly and credibly
- the capability for rapid learning and innovative thinking in new areas
- commitment to converting ideas into reality
- good inter-personal skills, dedication and a sense of adventure and fun
